This Privacy Policy explains how Crown Vault ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in Crown Vault: Eternal Riches for iOS and Crown Vault: Legends Jackpot for Android (together, the "App").
1. Summary
Crown Vault is a virtual-gold entertainment game. The current release is designed to work without a server account, real-money wallet, advertising system, or third-party tracking service. We do not sell personal information and do not use personal information for targeted advertising.
2. Information stored on your device
The App may store game-related information locally on your device so that your session can continue. This may include in-game settings, virtual gold balance, reward status, game history, progress, and an optional local profile. If you choose to enter a display name or email address for a local profile, that information is intended to remain on your device and is not used to create an online account in the current release.
3. Information we do not collect in the current release
The current release does not require an online login and is not designed to collect payment card information, bank details, government identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, camera data, browsing history, advertising identifiers, or biometric information. The App does not offer cash-out, prize fulfillment, or real-money transactions.
4. Data sharing, tracking, and advertising
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for cross-app or cross-site behavioral advertising. The current release is not designed to contain third-party advertising, attribution, analytics, cloud synchronization, or crash-reporting SDKs that transmit personal information. Platform providers, such as Apple or Google, may process information under their own policies when you download, update, or use platform services.
5. Local data controls and retention
Local game data stays on your device until you reset it through available in-app controls, remove the App's data in device settings, or uninstall the App. Because the current release does not operate an account server, we generally cannot retrieve or delete device-only data remotely. 6. Children and age ratings
The App is not directed to children under 13 or to anyone below the minimum age required by applicable law or the platform's age-rating rules. The App includes simulated slot-style entertainment using virtual gold only. It does not provide real-money gambling or redeemable prizes.

Please protect access to your device. No method of electronic storage is completely secure; however, the App is designed to limit the current release's gameplay information to local device storage.
8. Changes to this policy

1. Entertainment purpose and no real-money gambling
Crown Vault is a simulated slot-style entertainment game. It uses virtual gold only. It does not offer real-money gambling, cash betting, cash prizes, withdrawals, prize redemption, or any exchange of virtual gold for money, goods, or services.
2. Virtual gold and game features
Virtual gold, progress, bonuses, rewards, and other in-app items are limited, non-transferable virtual items. They have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold or transferred. We may change, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue virtual items and game features to maintain the App, improve play balance, or meet legal and platform requirements.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, use unauthorized automation, exploit errors, modify the App, attempt to bypass platform protections, or reverse engineer the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Platform terms and purchases
Your use is also subject to the terms and policies of the platform from which you downloaded the App, including Apple App Store or Google Play terms. The current release does not include paid in-app purchases. If purchases are added in a future version, they will be disclosed in the App and through the relevant platform before release.
5. Availability and disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will remain available indefinitely. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crown Vault will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App. This limitation does not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
7. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms when the App, platform requirements, or applicable law changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
